What we are looking for in our reception team:
- A customer service superstar!!
- A driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate guest experience
- Someone with a genuine personable service style that always blows our guests away
- Someone with hotel or resort front office experience in reception and/or reservations
- A positive,
enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work a flexible 7-day roster
- Experience in property management system, Opera preferrable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a professional work ethic, be well presented, self-motivated, take initiative and be responsible for your decision making
- Previous knowledge of Accor hotel systems (TARS) would be highly regarded
