- Previous experience in gaming management.
- Solid knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Available day/nights
Tasks & responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming section within the Rosewater Hotel.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and laws.
- Monitor and enhance the gaming experience for patrons.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of gaming-related finances.
- Must possess a warm and welcoming demeanour, with a natural ability to connect with patrons and create a positive atmosphere in line with our hospitality standards.
Approximately 30 hours per week
