Champion Opal’s C.A.R.E values in every decision and action What You'll Bring Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a highly regulated, service-led environment (e.g. aged care, health, community services or similar sectors)

Solid ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering an engaged, high-performing culture

Commercial acumen with strong financial capability and a commitment to quality care

Highly effective communication skills with a visible, hands-on leadership style

Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards and risk management
