Hunter Recent England Local Health District in Newcastle is seeking a Level 3 Physiotherapist to lead outpatient rehabilitation in our community team. The role focuses on gym-based programs, home visits, and telehealth, working within an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.

You will coordinate with the Team Leader and other professionals, undertake assessments, and progress patients through individualized rehabilitation plans across settings.
