Role Description | Specialist General Practitioner

Elyséa HEALTH offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next chapter of your practice.

As a Specialist GP, you'll provide comprehensive primary care, including general medical consultations, preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, acute presentations and mental health consultations, while benefiting from direct access to a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists and Psychologists.

You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate on complex presentations, develop coordinated care plans and contribute to a truly integrated model of healthcare.

We recognise that every Specialist GP brings their own experience, interests and preferred way of practising. We value clinical independence and welcome practitioners who wish to develop particular areas of interest within general practice.

Qualifications & Experience

We're looking for a Specialist GP who shares our enthusiasm for delivering excellent healthcare in a welcoming, collaborative environment.

Ideally, you will have:

- Current AHPRA specialist registration in General Practice, with FRACGP, FACRRM or an equivalent recognised specialist qualification.
- Strong clinical experience in general practice, family medicine and comprehensive primary care.
- A commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred medicine.
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with fellow clinicians, nursing and administrative staff.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining high clinical standards.
- An interest in mental health, adult ADHD, preventive medicine or multidisciplinary care would be particularly welcomed, although not essential.

Above all, we're looking for someone who enjoys what they do, values professional relationships and wants to be part of a practice with a clear vision for the future.
