Global Supply Chain Manager

Lead PWR's Global Supply Chain Strategy Across Australia,



North America & Europe PWR is a world leader in advanced cooling solutions, supplying cutting-edge technology to some of the most demanding industries including motorsport, aerospace & defence, automotive and emerging technologies. As our global footprint continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Manager to drive procurement excellence, supplier performance and supply chain strategy across our international operations.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the COO, this newly created leadership role will be responsible for leading and strengthening PWR's global supply chain, procurement and purchasing functions across Australia, North America and Europe. You will develop scalable global frameworks, improve supplier performance, strengthen supply continuity and leverage PWR's global purchasing power to support continued growth. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with operational leaders across the business and play a key role in building a world-class supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement PWR's global supply chain strategy.
- Lead global procurement, purchasing and strategic sourcing activities.
- Drive supplier performance, risk management and supply continuity initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate spend and optimise purchasing outcomes globally.
- Negotiate strategic supply agreements and develop key supplier partnerships.
- Deliver procurement savings and supply chain improvement programs.
- Develop meaningful KPIs,



analytics and executive reporting frameworks.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing global supply chain team.
- Foster collaboration across operations, planning, production and procurement functions.

About You

You are an experienced supply chain professional who thrives on solving complex sourcing and procurement challenges, building strong supplier partnerships and leading high-performing teams. Exposure to manufacturing and global operations will be highly regarded but not required.

You will bring

- Proven experience leading supply chain, procurement and sourcing functions.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supplier negotiation and cost optimisation.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple sites or business units.
- Exposure to global supply chains and international supplier networks.
- Experience within Aerospace & Defence, automotive, motorsport or advanced manufacturing sectors highly regarded.
