CrewSELECT is seeking a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join a growing technology and energy division specialising in remote monitoring, controls and distributed energy systems.

This is a genuinely hands-on graduate opportunity offering exposure to the complete lifecycle of electrical and energy systems. You’ll work across programming, installation, commissioning, remote monitoring, fault finding and system optimisation, both in the office and out in the field.

About the Role

- Work across electrical engineering, automation, controls and remote monitoring
- Gain hands-on exposure to generators, batteries, solar and hybrid power systems
- Assist with programming, configuration, installation and commissioning
- Split your time between technical/engineering work and field-based project support
- Work closely with engineering, service, operations and sales teams

Key Responsibilities

- Program, configure and commission monitoring hardware, controllers, sensors and communications equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, controls and communications issues remotely and on site
- Assist with integration of generators, batteries, solar and hybrid energy systems
- Work with PLCs, Modbus, CANbus and industrial communication protocols
- Analyse alarms and operating data, complete technical reporting and support ongoing system improvements

Qualifications / Experience

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering,



Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline
- Recently graduated or currently completing your final year
- Interest in automation, controls, telemetry, programming and energy systems
- Exposure to PLCs, SCADA, Modbus, CANbus, generators, batteries or solar is advantageous but not essential
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and a practical, hands-on approach to engineering
