As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer in our Brisbane team, you’ll be immersed in real projects from day one—supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and ground engineering solutions across Australia and beyond.

Working alongside industry leaders, you’ll contribute to cutting-edge, sustainable outcomes across sectors including transport, water, energy and the built environment helping solve complex ground engineering challenges.

We’re seeking motivated graduates who are ready to make a difference and grow their careers with purpose.

You will





- Be completing or have completed a degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline by early 2027
- Those with industry experience for the last 12 months are also encourgaed to apply
- Bring a curious, flexible and solutions-focused mindset
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
- Show a passion for sustainability and solving real-world challenges
- Be eligible to work in Australia
