Rox Resources Limited (ASX: RXL) is transitioning from explorer to producer and our Youanmi Gold Project is gaining attention as one of Western Australia’s emerging high-grade gold developments.

The Project is advancing rapidly following completion of our Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), successful equity funding and first underground portal fired in late 2025. Youanmi is fully funded through to production, with first gold to be poured in mid-2027.

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Metallurgist to join our team at the Youanmi Gold Mine. In this hands-on role, you'll gain practical experience supporting our new processing operation, monitoring plant performance, and contributing to the efficient production of gold. You'll have the unique opportunity to work with creative processing technology, including one of the first installations of its kind in Australia, while developing your technical expertise and building a successful career in metallurgy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Graduate Metallurgist, you will:

- Help monitor the performance of the processing plant.

- Assist with daily production reporting and record keeping.

- Collect samples and help analyse processing results.

- Monitor gold recovery, plant performance and reagent usage.

- Assist in identifying and solving processing issues.

- Take part in plant inspections and improvement projects.

- Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.

- Work closely with operations, maintenance, mining, geology and laboratory teams.

- Share findings and ideas with the wider team.

- Participate in training,



mentoring and professional development opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Extractive Metallurgy or related discipline.

- Valid Western Australian “C” Class Driver’s Licence.

- Vacation work, internships or practical industry experience highly desirable.

- Basic understanding of crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching and mineral processing principles.

- Data analysis and interpretation skills.

- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

- Understanding of metallurgical accounting principles.
