About The Role

We are seeking an outstanding Group Financial Controller to join an exciting fast paced and growing Australian based full value chain high claims meat protein business. Operations span pre farm gate livestock, meat production, processing and international export markets.

As Group Financial Controller, you will own the integrity of financial reporting, accounting policies, controls, and compliance across a multi-regional global business. Reporting to the CFO, you will be a key member of a Senior Finance Leadership team that will lead and help develop a global finance control and reporting framework which includes responsibility for the finance operations function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, robust controls, and scalable processes that support growth and acquisitions.

This is a critical leadership role focused on delivering confidence in the numbers while building a best-practice financial control workplace. You will work closely with finance, commercial, treasury, and operational leaders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across all entities and regions.
- Deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting, including P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and statutory accounts.
- Own global accounting policies, technical accounting matters, taxation and compliance with relevant standards.
- Build and maintain a strong controls, governance, audit, and risk management framework.
- Drive finance process improvement, ERP optimisation, automation, and scalable operating practices.

About You You are a technically strong finance leader with extensive experience in financial control, accounting, and compliance within complex, multi-entity organisations. You combine strong commercial awareness with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. You thrive in fast-paced environments,



bring a continuous improvement mindset, and have a proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple locations. Most importantly, you take ownership of outcomes and provide confidence through disciplined financial management.

You Will Bring

- Deep expertise in IFRS/GAAP, consolidations, statutory reporting, and technical accounting.
- Proven experience managing global or complex multi-site finance operations, month-end processes, and audit requirements.
- Strong background in controls, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with ERP systems, finance transformation, process optimisation, and M&A; integration activities.
- CA, CPA or ACA qualification with extensive experience in financial accounting, audit, or financial control.
