Are you an experienced multi-site operations leader who knows how to drive commercial performance across multiple venues while delivering exceptional customer experiences?
Pinot & Picasso is looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Group Operations Manager to lead operational performance across our growing ANZ studio network.

You'll lead our operational teams across Australia and New Zealand, lift studio performance and ensure every Pinot & Picasso location delivers consistently, commercially, operationally and for our customers.

You'll be responsible for
- Leading and developing Regional Manager / Subcontractor Hosts and studio leadership teams across Australia and New Zealand.
- Driving performance, accountability and consistency across multiple locations and markets.
- Improving studio revenue, profitability, labour efficiency and event performance.
- Ensuring exceptional execution of public sessions, private functions, corporate events and major campaigns.
- Driving operational standards across customer experience, studio presentation, safety and compliance.
- Reviewing studio KPIs and developing action plans for underperforming locations.
- Optimising labour (subcontractors) ,
labour deployment, inventory and operational costs.
- Conducting regular studio visits, operational reviews and performance audits across ANZ.
- Building scalable systems, processes and operating rhythms across the network.
- Partnering with Sale, Marketing and Experience leads and HQ teams to execute national and ANZ-wide initiatives.
- Supporting new studio openings, transitions and growth opportunities.
- Creating a high-performance culture where leaders take ownership of their results.
Pinot & Picasso's existing ANZ operations framework places strong emphasis on consistent customer experience, studio presentation and operational standards across the network.
What We're Looking For
Multi-site operations experience is essential. Events and/or hospitality experience is essential.
You'll ideally bring
- 5 years' experience in multi-site operations leadership.
- Proven responsibility for multiple venues, locations or sites.
- Strong experience within events, hospitality, entertainment, leisure or another high-volume customer experience business.
- Experience leading managers across geographically dispersed locations.
- Strong commercial and P&L; capability.
- Demonstrated experience improving revenue, labour efficiency and profitability.
- Experience managing high-volume customer-facing operations and peak trading periods.
- Strong understanding of rostering, workforce planning and operational productivity.
- Experience implementing SOPs and consistent operating standards across multiple locations.
- Confidence using KPIs and data to identify issues and drive action.
- Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management capability.
- The ability and willingness to travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll Make An Impact If You...
You're a hands-on operator who enjoys being in venues with teams, not managing entirely from behind a desk.
You understand the realities of events and hospitality, weekends, peak periods, staffing challenges, last-minute changes and the importance of delivering an exceptional customer experience every single time.
You're commercially sharp, highly organised and comfortable holding leaders accountable.
Most importantly, you know how to take what works in one location and turn it into a repeatable operating model across a geographically dispersed network.
Why Pinot & Picasso?
Pinot & Picasso is an experience-led business where great operations directly create great customer experiences with ambition to grow across multiple regions.
This is an opportunity to take a key leadership role across our Australian and New Zealand network, develop our operational leaders and shape the systems, standards and culture that support our continued growth.
If you've successfully led multi-site hospitality, events or experience-led operations and are ready to take ownership across ANZ, we'd love to hear from you.
