What You Will Be Doing

- Learning and developing foundational and progressive gymnastics skills under the guidance of an experienced mentor
- Participating in regular training sessions in a safe and supportive setting
- Setting personal goals and working collaboratively with your mentor to achieve them
- Engaging with fellow team members to build community and mutual encouragement
- Receiving and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve your technique and performance
- Taking part in team activities, workshops, and events as appropriate
