Marland Mushrooms is looking for a reliable and practical Handyman to join our team. This is a hands-on role responsible for helping keep our facilities, equipment and general work areas well maintained and in positive working order. The successful applicant will be someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, can identify and fix general maintenance issues, and takes pride in completing work to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic carpentry and construction work
- Fixing and maintaining equipment and facilities
- Painting, patching and general upkeep
- Assisting with property and site maintenance
- Identifying maintenance issues and carrying out repairs
- Other handyman and maintenance tasks as required
About you
- Practical, hands-on and willing to get stuck in
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Previous handyman, maintenance or similar experience preferred
