AT.Hair is seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Hair Dressing Apprentices. This is a full-time apprenticeship prospect based in Enoggera, QLD 4051, where you will embark on an exciting journey into the professional hair and beauty industry. As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced stylists and professionals, gaining hands-on experience whilst completing your formal qualification.

What you'll be doing
- Assisting experienced hairdressers with client consultations and hair services under supervision
- Learning and practising fundamental hair cutting, styling, and colouring techniques in a professional salon environment
- Shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients' hair for treatments and services
- Maintaining high standards of salon hygiene and safety in line with industry regulations
- Supporting salon operations including client scheduling, reception duties, and inventory management
- Attending formal training sessions and completing coursework required for your hairdressing qualification
- Building client relationships and learning about exceptional customer service in a salon setting
- Developing product knowledge and understanding hair care and beauty product ranges
What we're looking for
- A genuine passion for hair, beauty, and working with clients in a salon environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele
- Reliable, punctual,
and professional attitude with a commitment to learning and development
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour
- Physical fitness and stamina, as hairdressing involves standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Enthusiasm for developing technical skills and progressing through formal apprenticeship qualifications
- Year 10 or equivalent educational qualification (or demonstrated equivalent competency)
- No prior experience necessary – we welcome school leavers and career changers with the right attitude
