Adairs is seeking a Group Health & Safety Leader to drive day-to-day WHS compliance across our multi-site retail network. You will lead the Health & Safety and Workers Compensation programs, partnering with senior leaders to embed a solid safety culture across the business.

The role requires deep knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, incident investigation, injury management and return-to-work programs, with a data-driven coaching style to lift capability and reduce risk.
