This is the most operationally accountable role at Hola Health, you'll own live performance, unit economics and doctor supply, reporting directly to the CEO.
It's a role for someone who builds as much as they run. Some days that's a strategic call on capacity planning; other days it's stepping into a live issue and creating the process to solve it on the spot, because it doesn't exist yet.
You'll work closely with our Chief Clinical Officer and wider leadership team to shape how the business scales, this is genuine cross-functional ownership, not a narrow operational lane.
