At SAIS (SA Industrial Services NSW Pty Ltd), we are a well-established and growing ventilation maintenance and cleaning services company. We service some of the largest food chains, hotels and hospitality businesses in the country.

We are seeking a Lead Supervisor for our VIC team based in Melbourne to work with customers, manage staff and ensure high quality work is maintained. The role requires HVAC mechanic skills and duct cleaning experience with a genuine desire to build your leadership experience.

Position: HVAC Mechanic – Shift Supervisor (Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic)

The shift supervisor role is for an HVAC Mechanic with duct cleaning experience. Key experience and skills:

- Establishing customer site requirements (ventilation layout drawings, maintenance programs)
- Diagnose and remediate ventilation system issues and provide site risk audits
- Install access panels and ceiling manholes, as well as consult with builders/sheet metal workers on construction works for system access/site layout




- Strong safety skills for SWMS development, safe system access and isolation procedures. Including working at heights and confined space certification
- Test, diagnose and repair ventilation system faults (duct leaks, fan and suction issues, filters, etc)
- Lead teams including quality management of work completed
- NADCA certification or HVAC mechanic training and/or certification
- Work at heights, confined space certification, first aid
- Clean driving record

This is field-based, working across multiple client sites. Please note this work requires night shift and periodic regional travel

Remuneration is 80 to 83K AUD depending on experience. Additional allowances, superannuation and benefits on top of this.
