We’re looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Hype DC Sunshine Plaza team.

What you'll do

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your store, bringing the Hype DC brand vision to life while creating a high-performance, people-first culture.

You’ll Be Responsible For

- Building a world-class team and a magical store vibe where people genuinely want to be.

- Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across a multimillion-dollar business.

- Delivering exceptional, memorable customer experiences every single day.

- Bringing the Hype DC brand vision and strategy to life in everything you do.

- Coaching, developing and empowering your team to reach their full potential.

- Recruiting, selecting and onboarding talented new team members.

- Creating a seamless omnichannel customer experience across digital and physical retail.

- Ensuring your store consistently delivers best-in-class Visual Merchandising.

- Managing rosters effectively while balancing team experience, customer needs and cost efficiency.

- Creating a store environment that is fun, inclusive, energetic and safe for both customers and team members.

- Identifying opportunities to grow the business and continuously challenging yourself and your team to be better.

Who you'll work with





You won’t do it alone.

You’ll work closely with your Area Manager, State Manager and in-store leadership team, collaborating to maximise sales, build an exceptional team culture and deliver the Hype DC experience.

You’ll also have access to a broader network of passionate retail leaders across Accent Group, giving you the opportunity to learn, share ideas and accelerate your own career.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a leader who brings energy, ambition and a genuine passion for people and retail.

You’ll Ideally Have

- 3–5+ years’ experience leading a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering sales and KPI results.

- Experience leading and developing a large, high-performing team.

- A passion for creating best-in-class customer experiences.

- A natural coaching style, someone who knows how to motivate, inspire and bring out the best in others.

- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to understand what drives a successful business.

- Experience managing rosters and delivering cost-efficiency targets.

- A strategic mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into action.

- A collaborative, positive and energetic approach to leadership.

- A “Make It Happen” attitude, you see an opportunity and find a way to make it happen.

- A genuine desire to push yourself, your team and your business to be the best they can be.
