- Permanent part-time position, 60 hours per fortnight

About the Role
Join our ward team and help keep patient care and bed management running smoothly across a 7 day service. You’ll be a friendly, organised point of contact for patients, families and staff.
- Support admissions, transfers and discharges
- Manage reception and ward admin
- Liaise with clinical teams and hospital services
- Assist patients, families and visitors
- Train recent inpatient admin staff
About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong communication skills, a helpful approach and the ability to stay organised in a busy ward environment.
- Current keyboard assessment: 30 to 40 wpm with accuracy
- Experience across a range of administrative duties
- Confident with Microsoft Word and office equipment
- Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills
- Able to manage competing tasks, solve problems and meet deadlines
