The key duties of the position include:
We are seeking experienced individuals to join various teams in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area.
As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll work in a dynamic and complex technological environment, providing support for the day-to-day operations of the ATO’s IT systems and services. You’ll investigate and resolve operational and technological issues with contemporary solutions, analyse operating policies, and review and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
You will provide technical advice and support to diverse business partners, while being agile in your approach to collaboration and delivery of services. You’ll also seek new and innovative ways to deliver high quality technical outcomes and automation improvements.
Applications and technologies used across these roles may include:
- Cloud and Infrastructure: AWS CDK, Amazon EC2, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Glue, DynamoDB, Athena and Firehose.
- DevOps and Automation: Terraform and Ansible AWX.
- Data and Analytics: DataHub and Teradata.
