Role Overview

- Small portfolio of just under 75 properties

- Act as the key contact for all rental enquiries

- Organize and host property viewings, including open homes and private inspections

- Review tenancy applications and complete all employment, income, and reference checks

- Assess prospective tenants and provide recommendations to the PM team

- Contribute to day-to-day duties and ensure timely follow-ups

About You

- Warm, confident communicator

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your workload

- Comfortable using contemporary software platforms and mobile tools

- Detail-focused with a proactive, positive approach

- Works well independently while enjoying the structure of a supportive team





Essential/Preferred Requirements

- Previous real estate experience is advantageous - Assistant or Leasing Consultant

- Agents Rep

- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
