We are now looking to expand our bench with a junior commercial lawyer to support a leading consumer client.
As a legal counsel, you also need to possess:
- 3 - 8 PQE in-house or within a law firm
- Ability to draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (sales contracts, supplier agreements, customer contracts, etc.)
- Experience providing advice on competition and consumer law, marketing and advertising matters.
- Previous experience supporting clients in the consumer goods or FMCG sectors will be highly regarded
