About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Product Owner (Systems Analyst) to join our product team. You'll analyse our existing systems and workflows, define requirements, and work closely with developers to deliver improvements across our platforms.

This role offers a salary of between $80,000 and $90,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse existing systems, workflows and integrations to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements as user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog with stakeholders and developers.
- Support third-party HR platform integrations, including API documentation.




- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyse usage data and customer feedback to inform product improvements.

About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in systems analysis, business analysis, product or UX roles within a software environment.
- An understanding of system integrations, APIs and software development processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, using tools such as Jira and Notion or Confluence.
- Experience with UAT and requirements documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
