We’re now looking for our next group of Junior Recruitment Consultants to join the Academy.

You don’t need recruitment experience.

What is the BluePrint Academy?

The BluePrint Academy is our structured pathway into recruitment.

You’ll receive hands-on training across the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:

- Candidate sourcing and headhunting

- Business development and client relationship management

- Telephone and communication skills

- Candidate interviewing and qualification

- Negotiation and objection handling

- Healthcare recruitment and market knowledge

- CRM, database and recruitment technology

- Personal branding and LinkedIn

- Compliance and candidate management

- Commercial awareness and understanding how a recruitment desk works

You won’t spend months sitting in a classroom.

You’ll learn through a combination of structured training, coaching and real-world experience, working alongside experienced recruiters and leaders within the business.

As your capability develops, you’ll progressively take ownership of your own candidates, clients and recruitment desk.





What does the role involve?

Recruitment is a fast-paced, commercial career built around people.

A typical day could involve speaking with healthcare professionals across Australia, identifying new candidates, developing relationships with hospitals and healthcare organisations, negotiating placements and building your own professional network.

Ultimately, your job is to become an expert in your market and connect great healthcare professionals with organisations that need them.

It’s highly rewarding — but it also requires persistence.

You’ll make a lot of phone calls. You’ll hear “no”. You’ll need to follow up, compete, negotiate and keep going when something doesn’t work the first time.

For the right person, that challenge is exactly what makes recruitment exciting.
