As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Customer Help Desk Support Officer to join our Customer Support team.

Previous experience with payroll software is not essential—we provide comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
About the role
Build and maintain features across our web platform, using C# and .NET on the back end and JavaScript on the front end. Collaborate with product and support teams to understand customer needs. Learn our codebase, tools and release process, with mentoring along the way.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across our web platform,
using C# and .NET on the back end and JavaScript on the front end
- Fix bugs, write tests and take part in code reviews with senior developers
- Work with SQL databases, including writing queries and database migrations
- Work with product and support teams to understand what customers need
About you
- A working knowledge of C# and .NET (ASP.NET, MVC or .NET Core)
- Solid JavaScript skills, plus HTML and CSS
- A basic understanding of relational databases
- Familiarity with Git or another version control system
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions
- A degree in IT or computer science, a bootcamp, or equivalent self-taught experience with projects you can show us
