We are an authentic, fast-paced Vietnamese restaurant with locations in both Marrickville and the Sydney CBD. We take pride in serving high-quality, vibrant Vietnamese cuisine and creating a great setting for our team. We are currently looking for motivated and reliable Kitchen Hands to join our team across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with Vietnamese food preparation (chopping, prepping ingredients, assembling base dishes).

- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.

- Support line cooks and chefs during busy lunch and dinner services.

- Dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and basic kitchen maintenance.

- Receive and store food items and stock properly.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience:



Prior experience with Vietnamese food preparation or in a fast-paced Asian kitchen environment is strongly preferred.

- Work Ethic: Reliable, hard-working, and thrive in a busy team setting.

- Attitude: Willing to learn, take direction well, and grow with our team.

- Availability: Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts across our Marrickville and/or CBD locations.

- Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required.

Pay: From $26.44 per hour
