We are Hiring for an experienced kitchen hand and all-rounder.
Part time or Casual role available. Min 10 hours a week.
Previous experience in rapid food is essential.
Gimme Dat Chicken is a newly established local fried chicken takeaway shop, serving fresh and crispy fried chicken made to order!
We are expanding our team in order to prepare for the summer season.
About the job
- Cooking and preparing food
- storing and labelling food correctly
- Regular cleaning and maintainence of the store including dishwash
- Opening and closing the store independantly and with a team
- Cash counting at the end of the night
- Operating deep fryer, grill and cold prep of food items
- Checking food temperature each day
- Accepting deliveires and organising stock
- Serving customers and handling cash on POS.
Must have:
- 1-2 years experience in fast food role
- Experience opening and closing a fast food store
- Experience with handling hot food, deep fryer and grill
- availability on Fridays 10:30am-3:30pm and flexibility to work on weekends
