About the Hotel The Hotel Windsor is an iconic Australian hotel embodying the architecture and elegance of a European style 'Grand Hotel', situated on Spring Street and located at the 'Paris' end of Melbourne. Our beautiful hotel is looking for Kitchen Hands to join our team, Full Time &/or Part Time roles available.

About the role

As part of the Kitchen Team, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitising of all surfaces.

Duties

- Washing of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and heavy kitchen equipment;
- Rubbish removal;
- Keeping floors and areas free of obstruction and hazards;
- Responsible for the operation of commercial dishwashers, while maintaining compliance with health and hygiene regulations;
- Ensuring guidelines are followed for timely and five star level service.

Skills & Experience





- Energetic, friendly, organised, enjoy working in a team environment;
- Passionate for maintaining a clean and safe environment;
- Previous cleaning experience and an understanding of Food Safety;
- Flexible with roster and be able to work on weekdays, evenings, public holidays and weekends;
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
