What will you do?

- Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Conduct temperature and quality checks, effectively managing cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance, displaying a robust commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
- Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace
- Take on hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management, operating a commercial dishwasher, and handling cleaning chemicals
- Execute food preparation tasks within a commercial kitchen setting, showcasing excellent food presentation skills

More About You

- Previous experience in a sandwich hand or kitchenhand, preferred
- Food Safety Certificate
- Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for early morning shifts,
