Synergie is currently looking for a General Site Labourer for our client who specialises in residential building, renovations and general construction. You’ll be working alongside our trades on building sites, helping keep jobs running smoothly.

What's in it for you:

- Ongoing opportunity with a growing building company, with the potential for additional hours during busy periods.
- $38.50/hour penalties
- 2–4 days per week, with 5 days available during busy periods. 8-10 hour days.
- On-call: Availability on days off when required

Duties will include:

- Assisting tradespeople with basic site duties
- Moving and delivering building materials to trades as required
- General site clean-up and keeping work areas tidy
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Helping with general labouring tasks as directed
- Following site safety requirements

The essentials:

- White card
- Car & licence as travel between sites may be required




- Either Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency - this is an ongoing role not fit for temporary visa holders
- Physically fit and able-bodied (repetitive heavy lifting may be required)
- Will pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol test - please note that some substances may still show on a urine screen up to 3 months after consumption

- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
