Lawyer THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Workers Compensation practice group based in our Epping office is now seeking a highly motivated Third Year Lawyer to join our team on a permanent fulltime basis.

THE ROLE

This role presents an opportunity for a passionate and results driven individual to work with one of the Firm’s most experienced and respected practice groups which will see you managing your own files and budget.

THE CANDIDATE

Working Within a Collegiate And Highly Regarded Team, The Successful Candidate Will Be a Committed And Enthusiastic Individual Who Possesses The Following

- Prior experience in Personal Injury Law is essential, with prior workers compensation experience highly advantageous;
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills;
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately;
- Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
- Ability to listen to, and empathise with clients and their families;
- Ability to exercise judgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily; and
- Superior organisational skills.

In addition to taking on a wide range of challenging legal matters within a dynamic practice group, this role will also see you manage and strengthen existing community relationships along with initiating and building new networks.
