Ever thought about Recruitment? We are looking for people who are ready to become Lead Generation & Talent Consultants to join our dynamic teams across Adelaide's Northern Suburbs. This full-time role combines business development, recruitment, and job coaching, giving you the opportunity to drive business growth through proactive lead generation.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls and communication to identify and qualify new leads for recruitment and staffing services
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs
- Present recruitment solutions and services to potential clients, articulating value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Achieve and exceed lead generation targets and conversion metrics on a consistent basis
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of job seekers to evaluate suitability for available positions
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, conversations and outcomes using our customer relationship management system

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation or a similar customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a quick-paced, goal-driven environment




- A resilient and positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection constructively
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
