As our Lead SEO Specialist, you’ll own the SEO roadmap end-to-end, driving visibility, leads and revenue across multiple digital properties. You’ll execute the local strategy, set standards and work closely with content, web and performance teams to deliver measurable growth at scale.

This is a high-impact role for someone ready to step up and drive a function.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Owning and delivering the SEO strategy aligned to business growth targets.
- Leading technical SEO performance across site health, speed, structure and crawlability.
- Driving on-page optimisation across high-value commercial and content pages.
- Identifying new opportunities through keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Tracking and reporting performance across rankings, traffic, conversions and ROI.
- Staying ahead of algorithm changes and emerging search trends
- Acting as the internal SEO subject matter expert across the wider marketing function.

What you’ll bring:

- Minimum 2 years + experience in SEO role (agency or in-house)




- Deep technical SEO capability with hands-on delivery experience
- Proven success driving growth in competitive search environments
- Confident use of analytics and SEO platforms (GA, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush or similar)
- A commercial mindset, you understand how SEO drives pipeline and revenue
