About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leader Fault Dispatch to join our Customer group. This role will see you lead the fault dispatch function for TasNetworks to ensure a safe, efficient and customer focussed response to electricity network faults and outages.
You will collaborate with peers to maintain and evolve optimal processes to drive enhanced fault response and improved customer experience and maintain and evolve a resource strategy to efficiently manage 24 hour shift coverage.
You will play a pivotal role in storm events and other emergency situations impacting the electricity network, ensuring the safety of the community while focussing on proactive communications to our customers.
About you
We are looking for a motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role. A tertiary qualification in Business Management, Leadership or other relevant discipline is desirable, but not essential.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a personal commitment to safety and display high levels of customer service and conflict resolution skills.
You will thrive under pressure, using your leadership and decision-making skills to lead the team through periods of high activity and weather-related events.
