What You'll Be Doing Coordinate district learning systems, learning and organisational development activities and associated administration to support accessible development opportunities, reliable workforce records and timely compliance reporting.

How To Apply To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:

- Relevant qualifications in learning and development, human resources, business administration or a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience administering learning management systems or comparable workforce systems, including user support, records maintenance, data quality and routine reporting.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating learning and development activities, programs or events, including schedules, participants, facilitators, communications and delivery logistics.
- Sound analytical and digital capability, including the ability to interpret system information, prepare accurate reports and use Microsoft 365 applications effectively.




- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage service requests, investigate routine issues, follow through on actions and escalate matters appropriately.
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance, responsive customer service and practical user education to varied stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and recurring deadlines with appropriate direction.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and with initiative while maintaining confidentiality, professional judgement and accurate records.
