- Formworkers

- Steel Fixers

About you

We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and contribute positively to a strong team environment.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

- Bridge structures and large-scale concrete infrastructure

- Culverts, drainage and reinforced concrete works

- Formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement

- Reading construction plans and steel schedules

- Completing works safely and to a high standard

- Following instructions and working effectively within a site team





Leading Hand applicants must also demonstrate experience supervising crews, coordinating daily activities and maintaining safety, quality and productivity standards.

To be considered, applicants must have:

- Relevant civil construction experience
- A current Driver’s Licence
- A valid White Card

- Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated industry experience
- A robust commitment to workplace safety
- The ability to work reliably with limited supervision
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
