Team is seeking a Learning & Development Officer. Purpose:
The Learning & Development Officer works collaboratively with the Human Resources team and key stakeholders across Council to plan, coordinate and deliver a range of learning and development initiatives that build workforce capability, strengthen organisational culture, and enhance employee engagement.
About the role: Source, engage and evaluate external learning and development providers to deliver specialised, compliant and accredited training solutions
Use a range of digital platforms, systems,
learning technologies and resources to facilitate employee onboarding and support managers in the implementation of induction and orientation programs
Collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders to identify organisational learning, capability development and employee well-being requirements, and design and implement targeted solutions Support the Coordinator in the design, delivery and evaluation of employee development, engagement and organisational capability initiatives About you: Certificate IV in training and Assessment or other qualifications in Adult Learning and/or equivalent experience
Experience in conducting learning needs analysis and the end-to-end design, facilitation, engagement and evaluation of adult learning and workforce capability development programs across face-to-face, e-learning and blended learning environments
Experience in providing system administration support for Learning Management Systems Further information:
