We're looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team and provide practical, commercially focused legal guidance, advice and support across customer, commercial and corporate transactions, as well as a broad range of legal matters impacting the business.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the business, working collaboratively with stakeholders and finding practical solutions to complex legal and commercial challenges.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply follow established processes, but looks for ways to make them better. You'll contribute to continuous improvement across legal processes, systems and ways of working, with a focus on improving efficiency, managing costs and delivering practical outcomes for the business.

What you'll do

- Provide legal advice across customer, partner and third-party contracts.
- Partner with Sales, Consulting and Management on customer negotiations.
- Support tenders, bids, procurement and contract approvals.
- Advise on risk, privacy, compliance and intellectual property.
- Support complex customer projects, disputes and commercial matters.
- Provide advice across supplier, leasing, facilities and employment matters.
- Collaborate with global Legal and Corporate Services teams.
- Maintain and update contract templates and legal documentation.
- Support corporate matters and transactions as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legislation.




- Support workplace health and safety compliance.

Your Talents…
- 5+ years' PQE in an in-house legal role.
- Strong experience negotiating complex commercial IT agreements.
- Experience advising customers, partners and internal stakeholders on legal matters.
- Confident working with Management, Sales, Consulting and Technical teams.
- Able to work independently and autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
