Designed as a standalone growth engine, it brings together expertise in product, design, technology, data and commercial strategy to rapidly test, learn and scale new opportunities.

As the Life Assist Domain Lead, you'll lead the development of an entirely new growth domain focused on helping members navigate life's challenges, transitions and opportunities. You'll identify unmet needs, design cutting-edge services and experiences, build strategic partnerships, and take new concepts from idea through to validation and launch readiness.
This is a unique opportunity to create products and services that make a meaningful difference in people's lives. From supporting independent ageing and wellbeing through to solving everyday life challenges, you'll work at the intersection of customer insight, innovation, strategy and commercial growth.
Working alongside specialists across product, design, technology, data and commercial strategy, you'll help shape what the future of member support looks like and build ventures that create lasting value for both members and RAA.
About You
You're passionate about understanding people and solving real-world problems. You combine empathy and curiosity with commercial thinking, and you're energised by taking ideas from concept to reality.
You know how to uncover unmet customer needs, test assumptions and turn insights into products, services and experiences that people genuinely value. You thrive in environments where innovation,
experimentation and collaboration are key to success.
We're looking for someone with:
- Significant experience developing new products, services or propositions focused on customer or member outcomes
- Strong customer-centred design, discovery and validation skills, with the ability to translate insights into meaningful solutions
- Experience using customer research, behavioural insights and market evidence to shape investment and proposition decisions
- Experience building partnerships with service providers, community organisations or industry stakeholders to extend capability and reach
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer value with sustainable growth opportunities
- A passion for innovation, experimentation and creating positive outcomes for customers and communities
