This is a complex, high-energy service with a robust inclusion focus, supporting children with additional needs and complex behaviours.
The successful leader will bring a calm, proactive approach, solid compliance knowledge and the ability to nurture and rebuild confidence within a team.
About the Role Strategic and operational leadership of a large OSHC service Strong focus on compliance, inclusion and continuous improvement Out-of-ratio and block shifts, including one split shift per week Build robust relationships with families,
schools and the community What We're Looking For Extensive OSHC leadership experience within a large 100+ placed service Strong knowledge around regulations, policies and procedures Experience with inclusion support Resilient, collaborative and solutions-focused A genuine ability to support, motivate and nurture educators More Leadership Opportunities Available We're currently recruiting for three leadership opportunities within the same organisation, including this Director position and two additional leadership roles.
