You will lead a 20+ team, drive service excellence, and collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams to deliver the Widest Range and Best Prices.
You will train and develop your team, manage rosters, monitor customer feedback, and ensure a secure, engaging workplace while reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager.
