St Vincent's Hospital Network in Sydney is seeking a Grade 2 Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. You will provide high-quality pharmacy services across outpatient, ambulatory, inpatient and day-only care settings, including dispensing, clinical support and medication supply in line with skilled standards and policies.

You will lead and supervise junior staff, participate in formulary management, and support continuous improvement of dispensary processes.
