DuluxGroup is looking for a qualified Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our Rocklea manufacturing facility. This is a permanent, hands-on maintenance role working alongside electricians, fitters and supervisors to ensure the facility runs efficiently with minimal downtime. You'll work across a diverse range of manufacturing machinery, tackling everything from electrical fault finding and breakdowns to preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades and improvement projects.

What you'll be doing
You'll help keep our manufacturing equipment safe, reliable and productive, including:
- Electrical fault finding and breakdown response
- Preventative and scheduled electrical maintenance
- Diagnosing faults on production machinery
- Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical components and systems
- Supporting machinery upgrades and improvement projects
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
- Carrying out electrical safety and hazardous area inspections and testing
- Working with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability
- Recording maintenance work and identifying recurring equipment issues using MEX
What we're looking for
- A current Queensland Electrical Licence, instrumentation experience a strong bonus
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing, process or chemical industry environment.
- Solid diagnostic and problem-solving capability, ideally including exposure to industrial HMIs, SCADA systems, VSDs and PLC programs and ladder logic.
- Hazardous Area Electrical- EEHA Certification and experience
- Working at height qualification with current scissor lift and EWP licences
- A safety-focused and process-driven professional who follows electrical standards, completes risk assessments and maintains accurate maintenance records.
- A reliable and collaborative team member with clear communication, good time management and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
