To build a pipeline of high-value MICE groups, you will also be expected to work with trade intermediaries, corporates and Associations, as well as identify and lead key industry alliances to drive advocacy and consideration for Singapore.

- Design familiarisation programmes that equip trade partners with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively promote and sell Singapore across both leisure and MICE segments.
3. Regular market analysis and reporting
- Monitor and analyse trends - particularly in WA and QLD, that are shaping the travel and tourism landscape for both Leisure and MICE.
- Provide timely reporting of these insights and translate them into actionables that keep our strategic approach relevant and competitive.
4. Investment Promotion: Attract concept owners, brands, developers and investors from Australia and New Zealand to invest in Singapore's tourism landscape, and support investment areas/needs jointly identified by STB HQ and STB Oceania
