As Marketing and Communications Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of Communicare's marketing, communications and brand strategy. Working closely with the CEO and Executive team, you will drive initiatives that strengthen our reputation, engage stakeholders and increase community awareness. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role with responsibility for brand management, media relations, digital communications, campaigns and corporate communications across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of marketing, communications and brand strategies that support organisational objectives and enhance reputation.
- Provide strategic communications, media and stakeholder engagement advice to the CEO, Executive and senior leaders.
- Oversee brand management, digital communications, marketing campaigns, events and corporate communications across the organisation.
- Manage marketing projects, budgets, external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality outcomes and effective use of resources.
- Lead and support the marketing team, fostering a high-performing culture and driving continuous improvement.
This permanent full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) is based in our Cannington office. At Communicare, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements to support our people.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing, communications, brand or stakeholder engagement initiatives, ideally within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans, campaigns and digital engagement activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Current National Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) and a current unrestricted driver's licence.
