CSC Group is one of Queensland’s largest multi-sport community club groups, operating five licensed clubs, six Foundation Sporting Organisations and supporting sporting clubs, community groups and individuals across the City of Moreton Bay.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in this newly created role. You will take the lead on marketing and social media across our six Foundation Sporting Organisations and "make this role your own"!

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, this is a full-time opportunity with excellent long-term career development opportunities. This role requires a proactive person, ready to take charge of this space.

About the role

This is a varied and creative role where no two days will be the same. You’ll take ownership of the marketing and social media presence across our six Foundation Sporting Organisations, creating engaging content that connects with members, players, families, volunteers and the wider community.

You’ll also support the wider marketing team with:

- Social media strategy, content creation and scheduling

- Photography and videography

- Graphic design and artwork coordination

- EDM and SMS campaigns

- Website content and updates

- Advertising coordination

- Campaigns, promotions and events

- Supporting the delivery of key marketing projects

We’re looking for someone who understands what makes great social content and knows how to turn ideas, events and sporting moments into engaging content that people want to see, share and interact with.

While your core hours will be Monday to Friday, some flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays will be required to capture sporting events and support marketing initiatives.

About you

You’ll be a creative and confident communicator who loves social media, sport and community engagement.

You’ll ideally have





- Strong social media experience, with a good understanding of what works across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

- Experience creating engaging social media content, including reels, stories, photos and video
- A strong eye for creative content and attention to detail
- A passion for sport and community
- A qualification, or be studying towards a qualification, in Marketing, Advertising, PR or Business

- Previous marketing experience, preferably within sport, hospitality or community organisations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously while also being a strong team player

- Be proactive - You will take ownership of this space and make it your own!

- Licence and vehicle to travel between sites
