We're after a Marketing Coordinator to help bring our campaigns to life across three brands. One day you're building an EDM, the next you're briefing a designer, reviewing web content, or working with sales to sharpen messaging based on real client feedback.

It's hands-on and genuinely cross-functional. You'll work closely with marketing, sales and design, and see your work show up everywhere from inboxes to websites to campaign launches.

This role currently supports four brands, with scope to grow as our team (and website build project) does.

What you'll be responsible for:

Content creation & coordination

- Support the ongoing EDM plan, build and send emails via HubSpot, from concept through to deployment
- Support SMS communications via Sinch where applicable
- Help distribute content and find ways to maximise current content, turning one piece into multiple formats (EDM, social, web)
- Review blogs from the SEO agency, ensuring they're on-brand and aligned with wider brand goals




- Support the production of high-quality guides and articles that help our clients
- Work with the designer to help brief collateral such as ads, guides, and campaign materials

Campaign support

- Support the team with campaign delivery across multiple touchpoints (website, email, SMS, and collateral)
- Upload and manage campaign content across WordPress, and other relevant digital platforms
- Support content ideation across campaigns and brand initiatives
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, timing, and execution in line with Locale's tone of voice (clear, human, supportive)

Collateral management

- Update, manage, and organise all marketing collateral
- Coordinate printing and distribution when required

Website support & optimisation

- Support in maintaining all brand websites on WordPress (uploading pages, editing, refining, and auditing content)

Sales & team support

- Work closely with the sales team to support campaigns, tools, and collateral
- Ensure marketing aligns with what's happening on the ground
- Work with sales to refine messaging based on real client feedback

What You Bring

- 2+ years experience in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail, self-managed and driven
- A solid understanding of marketing principles, lead generation and sales
- Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end and drive measurable ROI
- A results-driven mindset, always looking for ways to improve performance.
- Robust attention to detail. You catch the small things that make a big impact.

Bonus: experience in property, finance or service-based businesses; familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
