An exciting chance for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function of a retail shopping centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will deliver campaigns, events and community engagement initiatives that drive visitation, support retailers and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and annual marketing plans.
- Manage the centre's digital presence, including social media, website and eDMs.
- Coordinate centre events, promotions and community engagement activities.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and encourage participation in marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, reporting, invoicing and campaign performance.
- Oversee casual lease operations, marketing and budget
About You
- Previous experience in shopping centre, retail or property marketing.
- Strong digital marketing,
campaign management and event coordination skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across retailers, contractors and the local community.
- Highly organised, commercially minded and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
