About the role

This is your opportunity to help turn The Local Guys into a household name. You'll have the freedom to identify opportunities, build campaigns and turn ideas into action—then see the direct impact your work has on customer leads, Franchise Partner growth and the wider business. Working closely with our Support Centre Team, Management and Franchise Partners, you'll stay connected to what's happening across every division (Electrical Test & Tagging, Pest Control, Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning), determine where marketing can make the biggest difference and make it happen.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who is creative, commercially minded and driven to get results.

Key responsibilities

- Driving leads through our Google Ads and looking for ways to get better results

- Working alongside our SEO Specialist to grow our online presence

- Managing our Google Business Profile strategy, improving Local SEO presence

- Building our EDM strategy and keeping our audiences engaged

- Representing The Local Guys through our Franchising Webinar, held every quarter for prospective Franchise Partners

- Driving our podcast — guests, topics, promotion and making it happen

- Managing Social Media accounts for all divisions - Test & Tag, Pest Control, Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning

- Organising videography and creating content people actually want to watch

- Coming up with new ideas to get The Local Guys in front of more people





- Working with our Support Centre team and Franchise Partners to understand where marketing can make the biggest difference to generate leads for our Franchise Partners

About you

- Has 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or a similar role

- Is creative, proactive and confident thinking outside the box

- Has strong communication, writing and organisational skills

- Understands digital marketing, social media, EDMs and Google Ads

- Can manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines

- Is comfortable using data and analytics to make decisions

- Has great attention to detail and a strong "can-do" attitude

- Is confident working with management, Franchise Partners, customers and external suppliers

- Can work independently while being a excellent team player

- Successful applicants will be required to provide a current Police Clearance Check

We operate across multiple divisions including Electrical Test & Tagging, Pest Control, Cleaning & Carpet Cleaning.
