Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist, Paid Media to join our Head Office team in Docklands, Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on delivering measurable results. Working across a diverse portfolio of iconic destinations, venues and experiences, you'll lead integrated digital marketing initiatives spanning paid search, paid social, SEO and organic social, helping connect customers with unforgettable experiences while driving revenue, bookings and business growth.

What will you do?

- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, SEO and organic social channels
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising to maximise traffic, engagement and revenue
- Execute high-performing paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Drive SEO initiatives including keyword research, content optimisation, technical SEO and local search strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve return on investment, conversion rates and customer acquisition
- Build audience targeting, remarketing and segmentation strategies that support business growth
- Develop meaningful reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner with creative, analytics,



web and agency teams to improve campaign effectiveness and landing page performance

More about you

- Experienced in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing with proven success delivering measurable business results
- Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple brands, properties or customer segments within hospitality, tourism, travel, entertainment, retail or other consumer-focused industries
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Meta Business Manager
- Experience across SEO, technical SEO, local search optimisation and audience targeting strategies
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into insights and business recommendations
- A commercial mindset with a passion for performance, optimisation and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred)
